Midi skirt

Black skirt with pretty white flowers. Side zipper and back has elastic. Lined and is 100% polyester. Waist laying flat is 15” but stretches to 18” Length is 32” with slit in back of 8” *** size says XL but fits like a M or 8!!! worn only a couple of times !
