Midi length velour strapless dress

The dress is like new, maybe worn once. It falls to the Knesset or slightly below and has thin spaghetti straps that crisscross in the back. It is a beautiful navy or midnight blue in a velvet like material. It is a size Medium but I think it fits on the small side. It has a deep plunge V neck and a lower backside than the front V.
