*Pre-owned* Excellent condition Worn only a couple of times. The pattern of the dress is crisp and I always thought this dress came out beautiful in photos! :) Cap sleeves are always classy! Where this out to dinner or a business meeting! The ‘pleated’ neckline is very flattering. The dress has built-in belt loops and a slit in the bottom back side of skirt.
