No tags on this lovely vintage wrap skirt. It’s in good condition. The only thing that irritated me about this skirt was the bottom hem never laid flat (pictured). I tried ironing it and training it but, for some reason, it always flipped up. The tie was mended at some point (pictured). I wrapped this to a “comfortable” waist width and it measured at about 13”. Makes me think it would fit a 25/26 fine AND the beautiful thing about wrap skirts, it can go much smaller! It’s a great length at 27”. Let me know if you have questions.
