Midi Floral Halter/ Strapless Dress

Rusched midi dress can be worn with the halter tie, or strapless with a bow. Beautiful lightweight (printed mesh) fabric over laying a black stretch lining. Stretch top can fit 30” bust/ waist to about 48” around (even though it says medium, it is still comfortable for larger sizes!) Bought thrift, but still in good condition! I have even worn this lovely piece as a high waisted skirt, and it is still super comfortable!
