Mid-Century Black String Iron Candleholders by Laurids Lonborg African Candle

These are known as Dancing Danish!! The 2 Candlesticks are for tapers, ball or pillar candles....they were produced and designed by Laurids Lønborg of Denmark during the 1960s. They are made from blackened iron. The figure's clothes are made from rattan. These are VERY RARE & were found in an attic. They are in Very Good shape and has no defects but patina consistent with age. The tallest point is 12 1/2 inches and the bottoms are both 4 inches. Cross posted.
