I think it was from Hawaii. The chest has the foam lining similar to a sports bra to help with shape. Ties in the back and that gives the dress an amazing shape when worn, and it doesnt cling to tummies. Flow-y. Still has the clear plastic hanger supports.

royalguardian @natsfullcloset length 37", under the chest is 32" can go to 48" stretched, 46" waist unstretched. Dress flares out so hips can go as wide as needed, same with waist actually.

royalguardian @natsfullcloset it had no real shape, so there aren't any exact measurements to make. It can fall flat and have a pleated effect, or go as far as needed
