Mid length black and blue dress.

Really pretty short sleeve dress the bottom half is different shades of blue with a black border. The asymmetrical cut on the hem is beautiful. The dress is stretchy. It has a belt which the clasp is broken. Could easily find a way to hold it together. Or replace it or don't wear one at all as the belt loops are as thin as a few pieces of Thread and can easily be removed.
