jmgbethel @tilliestreasure I STILL want this skirt. Can I ask you one last question please? I'm wanting the sides to hang straight. Not tight, but not too big. The sides of the skirt kinda appear "hippy", or maybe stretched out. Do you know if this skirt hangs straight down or not? Thank you so much!!!😊

tilliestreasure @jmgbethel 26” all around before the elastic is stretched hangs straight down unless one has large hips. I am not skinny.
