Mid Length Navy Blue Dress

This dress is the best quality, and BUTTER SOFT. It has little whole on the shoulders to add a little sass! At the bottoms of the sleeves they tie and are super secure know fixed up. This dress felt like a medium on me, but was super comfortable to wear to a family occasion or a wedding!
