Mid Century Vintage Ceramic Bird Figurine Parrot Cockatiel

Super cute and in beautiful shape. Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. Paint looks wonderful and clean with a light tropical palette, would look beautiful as a centerpiece for a blast of color in a dark aesthetic or as an addition to a colorful display shelf. My guess on identification is 1950’s and potentially ‘Made in Japan’ or ‘occupied Japan’ as it fits the style, but that is only my guess.
