Mid Century Victorian Couple Royal Sealy George & Martha Covered Bowl Dish VNTG

I love that there was a bunch of stuff made about George Washington and his wife Martha back in the mid-century. This particular piece features George on one side and Martha on the other side with a bowl at their backs that you can fill with whatever you like. I highly recommend wrapped candies! This beautiful piece has lots of crazing, so I would beware to use it for food purposes. When it comes to chips and cracks this piece is in really excellent shape, I only see one crack in the lid and it does not go all the way through the ceramic it is a surface crack, and it's on the back of the lid. Otherwise this beautiful piece is ready for your mantle or your coffee table, whereever you might want to keep your wrapped candies.
