This the 01-05 Xbox Original CPU Heat Sink & Clamp. This does Not include the GPU Heat Sink/Fan and Clamp. Any old Thermal Paste removal is on you. I do not have any Black Clamps.  I have a few sets of these. This is NOT for the Xbox One.
