Microfiber Down Parka

Microfiber down parka. This coat is filled with a super-light down and feather blend. Detachable hood with faux- fur trim. Flap pockets; front zip with snap placket. Draw string hem it's woven poly; down/feathered. There is a manufacture defect. It's very small. On the coat the drawstrings at the bottom one of them was not let all the way down. I don't think it would take much effort to let down the other one. It is brand new I have never worn it more than 5 minutes. It did not fit me right.
