Super feminine skirt. Top circumference is about 28.5 inches. It has a side zipper to easily slip in and out. Depending on one’s body shape and size, this could sit sort of above hip or sit at waist. I think it looks best when it’s hung low. Likely a bit loose for ladies who are size 2. Ideally it looks loose, so if you are in between 2 and 4, this is perfect for you. Color is cream beige. Has an ethereal feeling due to lightness of outer fabric. Has lining (but shorter than outer fabric) so it covers underwear area well. This skirt makes you feel like a ballerina.
