Are these true to USA size? Or do these run smaller like shirts from Walmart do? I trying to buy a gift for someone she’s a 3X but most 3X shirts at places like Walmart and China their 3X tops she said fit like a XL which wouldn’t fit her. Also I will need it fast do you ship the same day or next day? I don’t want to purchase if you have to order usps to pick it up because then I wouldn’t get it in time that’s why I’m asking. Ty
