Mickey Mouse Skirt. Disney tutu Couture brand. There isn't a tag in it, but my daughter wore it around 3 - 4 years old. This is super cute! Tutu style. Has many layers, so it's fluffy! Can definitely twirl in this one! Your little one will get compliments in this one! Elastic waist. Mickey Mouse and polka dot print. There is some separation where the fabric meets, I have shown in pictures. Can definitely be fixed if you can sew. I can't sew, so I left it alone. Please let me know if you have any questions.
