Mickey Mouse Memo Pad Holder with Memo Pad Paper

New and in original packaging. No price tag on it. Due to age, there may be slight discoloration once you take the memo pad and paper out of the shrink wrap. Since its in shrink wrap, I cant measure the memo pad paper exactly, but it is close to being 3 1/2" (W) x 6" (L) The holder itself is about 4 1/4" (W) x 4 3/4" (L) and is about 1" in depth.
