Mickey Mouse 1st Birthday Cake Topper It is made with a 3 black felt pendants and then I added the a red mickey mouse face as a O and then a yellow N E. I then added matching fabric in between. It is tied to string it is 8" long. I then attached it to bamboo skewers that are 12" in length. You can move the string up or down if you need to once you place it on the cake.
