Hello, is this 100% cotton? Lined? Can you share the length? Thank you!

@romaindomain Sorry for the delay. I cannot find a fabric tag, though I would assume that it is 100% cotton. Only the bodice is lined, not the shirt. Length is 40" from the top of shoulder to the bottom seam. I am 5'3" & it hits below my knee (not quite mid shin but close.)
