Michele gold square face chronograph sport watch with black silicone flawed band

This is a genuine Michele watch; Sport model purchased in 2020 at Bloomingdale’s. It needs a battery, but is otherwise in very good condition minus a tear in the silicone band. This is shown in the last few pictures. When the band is at rest on the wrist you don’t notice it, but with movement you can see the tear.
