Michael Stars navy white striped tank dress/coverup sleeveless ruched S small

Worn twice, dry cleaned (even though it is machine washable). No defects or visible signs of wear. The top half is slightly sheer (see photo), but works with a nude bra or as a swimsuit / beach coverup. The bottom half is ruched and lined - not sheer.
