Michael Stars dressy tank

A Michael Stars sleeveless tank with all-around collar ruffle. Color is an olive green/grey tone that should go well with many things. 50% cotton and 50% nylon. It says One Size Fits Most, but I think it’s meant for size small to medium. PTP is just 14 bit stretches easily to 17. Excellent condition - a really nice top.
