Michael Stars Turtle Neck Shimmery Blue Top - OS

Great to wear this spring, transitioning from the winter blues. This turquoise turtle neck top has a lovely material that is shimmery and light. The shoulder sleeves has pleats to give dimension. The tag says one-size but this can easily be a medium to a large which can be worn with your favorite skirt or jeans. There is a small snag on the left shoulder near the neck area. See photo #5, you can barely see it and it can be covered if you decide to fold the turtle neck. Made in US.
