Michael Stars 3/4th sleeve shiny top

Michael Stars 3/4 sleeve boat neck shiny top with banded waist. For oversized and can be worn off one shoulder. Looks like a short dress in the picture but the band at the bottom of the top provides an oversized look. Can we work with leggings and will cover the booty! Shiny black/silver color
