Michael Kors ruffle top- small

Blue Michael Kors top with ruffles on the front, made of the same fabric as the rest of the top (cotton). This is a size small but a little too roomy in the shoulders for me. It looks great with jeans or even under a blazer for work, with nicer jewelry. :-)
