Michael Kors off shoulder blue stripe dress ruffle

Stunning Michael Kors off-the-shoulder dress with a mock waist, ruffled skirt, sheer sleeves, and a striped Oxford blue and white pattern. The details are seriously beautiful. This dress comes without tags and is in brand new condition. Perfect for spring and summer events. The dress measures approximately 18” across the elastic off shoulder top. The fabric and elastic stretch nicely. It is approximately 37.5” from shoulder to hem. From underarm to underarm it is 24”. The final photo is to show fit, but is a different pattern in the fabric.
