Michael Kors dress pants fits like a 2, patterned

These are Michael Kors skinny dress pants, navy, navy and white pattern, really pretty and flattering. Have two front pockets and two back pockets. Like new. No longer fits. Inseam: 30.5” Size 0 but fits like a 2. Listing it as a 2 so people can find their size. See pic for waist measurement.
