This item is in good condition - unless mentioned below under flaws Item comes from a pet free, smoke free home There are no visual signs of stains, rips, snags or smells Measurements are in the photos Flaws will be noted here if there are any - on the back of the purse about 2 inches up from the bottom between the handles is a brown worn spot. It looks like maybe it rubbed something kind of rubbed. Maybe some of the color off the leather is still intact and in great shape, but the color of the purse is flawed right there.
