From the upscale Michael Kors, I have several of these shirts with tab sleeves: They provide you with the ability to roll your sleeve up and secure it with a tab and a button (see pic). They look amazing in the spring and summer. Then, wear it as a traditional long sleeved shirt in the winter and fall. A year-round shirt. This one has no rips, no tears.
