Brand new without tags. The tags were actually attached recently but I must have pulled them off without realizing it !! This is a very cute swim cover up maxi dress. Striped dark navy, white and orange with side slits about lower thigh level. Drawstring waist with gold metal embellishments. Very chic. Look great at the beach or by the pool! 100% polyester.
