This dress is Michael by Michael Kors. It is white cotton with splattered blue looking paint all over it. It has a brown suede tie at the front. There is a little elastic in the middle so it is more fitted at the waist. There are two pockets in the front that make it my favorite throw on dress to wear! It has been worn, but it is in great shape and no damage to it!

mlau7 @hawaiilinda I am so sorry it took me this long to get back to you. With the holidays it has been go, go, go. The armpit to armpit measurement is 21.5 inches, and the length is 36 inches. I also measured lower than and armpits but higher than the waist (I'd say its half way from the armpits to waist, if that makes since) and thats 15 inches. I wanted to try and give you a measurement in-between on the dress to help with sizing.
