jhox04 @_jenny sorry your package was damage or soo but i had package that good. I have always used the usps box from the post and tape it not just once . Had no issues with it before.

jhox04 @_jenny yes prob got damage on its way to your destination or something but I have no control over that because I have packed it good and nicely and was a brand new shoe. So, Next time open a case with poshmark before you leave a negative feedback. They are very helpful. You prob could have gotten a refund back since u said that the shoe is damage.
