I just wanted to apologize regarding the red chinese laundry boots that you ordered from me, as I was preparing to ship them, I noticed the material was pulling away from the seam. I couldn't believe it as these were brand new but I couldn't in good conscience send them to you in that condition so again, I am very sorry. I am also sorry for the inconvenience.

How badly? I need them for a costume next week?!?!?! I volunteer with special needs children and dress up like super hero's. Can you refund a portion of the money and send them? I dont have time to find new ones!!! I bought them Saturday!!!!!!
