I haven't used it but it looks a bit narrow on the bottom like it hasn't had the stuffing to retain the shape. It doesn't affect the look or the manner in which it works other than it doesn't stand up straight. I have placed some tissue paper in this and molded around the purse. Otherwise, it looks and works like it is brand new. It doesn't have the crossbody strap however it is stilll super adorable as a clutch or as a pouch to hold in your larger purse as an organizer.
