Beautiful light blue scarf skirt, very breezy and super easy to wear, dress up with a white blouse or even pair with a comfy oversized sweater!! It hits a little above the waistline and is midi length. I am 5’7” and that’s where it hits on me. But it can be easily hemmed to the perfect length.
