Michael Kors Purse Project or Pieces

Hi there here I have a really used Michael Kors tote bag that was used daily. The handles are still in tact but barely hanging on and are on their way out and will be broken soon. Can possibly be replaced needs to be taken to a cobbler. The bag was stored in a certain position and the bag when laying down is set in that position, possibly needs to just be stuffed and sit for a while.
