livingcharmed @cocoaelle I'm so mad at Poshmark. They let me send you a partial refund through the case conversation. it was an option. Now it says they can not do partial refunds, and you accepted to return everything in full?! What is wrong with them. It literally sent you an offer. Then it turns the offer accept into you agreeing to a full return. I contacted the support to let them know that the are wrong.

livingcharmed @cocoaelle That is the problem I'm still trying to resolve. The order I mixed with yours. You received her heart charm, and she received yours. She will not answer me still about sending it back. She said she likes it better than hers and won't return it. I told her that even though it was my mistake, it wasn't fair to you. She told me oh well and hasn't responded to any of mine or support requests. My sincerest apologies. I messed up horribly, and you are being so understanding about it.
