Michael Kors handkerchief hemmed, pleated shirt. The skirt has a diagonal stripe pattern of Navy blue and pink. The skirt is lined but has a lot of movement. There is a hook and eye as well as a zipper w/ logo pull tab on the side. This is in great condition. Length at shortest point 28. Beautiful skirt for Summer.
