Any scuffs, scratches, tears, or ink spots or discoloration?

@maryfann1961 no ink stains, leather is in great shape, no tears. It’s like a Hobo bag, I love it, but there’s no compartments inside it. It’s all open. It’s pretty, just not very functional for me to carry when I’m showing houses.
