qnzsh0rty20 @malladdict Hey so here is the story so I went to check on the package today and turns out they were going to return it to me because it was a 5lb package. So they told me I had to pay more for the extra weight so I said ok fine then when I go pay for the extra weight as a priority shipment they tell me I had to add $40!!!! So I said I can not add that much because the shipping is payed for and I'm not paying so then they told I had to change the whole package to a new box new tape and new everything so I would pay less for shipping. So I go ahead and change it and i had to pay as seen in the receipt $14.something, So basically I need you to cancel your posh order so you get the $7 for shipping back, your bag did succesfully ship after 2 hrs in the mail. So please take your time looking at the receipt and well obviously I need the $ for that extra charge and I think its only fair since I'm not even asking you to pay for the box just shipping. Once you get your $7 back from posh shipping you can just add the $7 for the total of $14.

qnzsh0rty20 @Malladdict PS:: in case you were wondering I had to make another listing because on the original listing, once its purchased I can no longer edit or ad pictures for Posh security purposes and no alterations or changes of any kind, basically to avoid scams and such ...! Ofcourse this can be kept for your records as well.

malladdict @qnzsh0rty20 😂long message lol poor thing that's why u wanted to call! I don't think they will let me cancel it has to be on your end? $7 on Posh only covers 2lbs then it's $2 for each additional pound. U could have printed the heavier label right from the app☺️how they give u a hard time on the box though? They only do that to me when I used flat rate.

qnzsh0rty20 @malladdict Yes it would have been easier but I understand your reasoning and now you know why I preferred the talk lol. Anywho I tried canceling the order but since I accidentally pressed shipped since it has been "shipped" they won't allow me to cancel, but I'm sure you will get the $ back especially if they see the label was printed but not used to ship. Believe me it all came as a surprise to me bc I was just heading there to confirm shipment and send another bag, then they do that and some annoying women wanted me to pay $40 and on top said I had to use a different box bc I had used a priority and I told them thats bc it is a priority, then she told me I had to change it blabla and had to go buy one outside the store because they had nothing but by then if was already 2:35 and they closed at 3 so I had to speak to another person and she was heaven sent for u @ least lol because she found me a box and once that was going to end up costing over $40 with shipping! Freaking psycho! Anywho so that was the issue and honestly first time that it ever happens to me all I did was quickly print pack and ask my sister ship and fortunately I went back today or they mightve returned it to me who know when next wk and that would have been a damn pain for u & me!

malladdict @qnzsh0rty20 sounds like drama lol😝if it helps no one at the post office has ever been nice to me so u did get lucky😜so glad it didn't get sent back and super weird they still had it laying around when u came in! Wow. So I will try for Posh to refund the shipping I'm sure they will get mad at us because we used Paypal that's why I didn't want to ask for assistance cause they will see it darn😁

qnzsh0rty20 @malladdict tell me about it but I learned my lesson! I guess they had it laying around because they were gonna send it out themselves since I live 3 blocks away but oh well! Post office people all hate their jobs! anywho thanks a lot for working with me here and hopefully they don't give us any trouble. They have to give you the $ if the label wasn't used, so we didn't use their service at all. I'm just glad I went there today and got to work it out, I was going nuts 😝 and sadly watching the bag go lol. You are one lucky girl!

malladdict @qnzsh0rty20 u are so right they don't even scan packages for u anymore where I live they say the label is your proof u brought it in😤I can't stand them. I will email Posh about the label and hold my breath haha. They should refund it regardless though but I've seen people kicked off for using Paypal so I just didn't want that to happen. I'm excited it's coming atleast! Thanks I will let u know once they reply cause they can see this ad for proof we didn't use the label heck that's all we have lol😆
