Usually when I get a totally low ball offer,I go to some of the history feeds and see that the person has a terrible behavior of lowballing people constantly. And honestly, I am always very leary of selling to people who have no fors sale items,and maybe never did,but if they did,I will read the love notes before I will be comfortable enough with selling to them😬
