Ha the vinted app disabled all my listings unless I provide proof 😒 either company has employees that can’t tell or either I had an angry buyer I didn’t accept a price report them lmao even the ones with tags and serial tags were blocked lmao

@chenlan with this I am considering that too. Just waiting on funds on one and leaving. For new buyers I guess they have to pass a screening which basically like buyer has to verify form of payment before transaction is completed

@mkdeals123 Right. One if my regular customers was trying to buy from me there, but they declined her payment and canceled the transaction, oh and suspended her account. How bizarre is that!

@chenlan I sold the aria with wallet . Aria nwot and wallet nwt Item was out one week via usps & when buyer got it claimed it was wrinkled & wallet had no tags. I told her I see no logic for me to do that if I know it was it would be not as described. buyer told me all this the day she went to pick it up at usps but it was delivered to her po box the day before and the claim want filed till a day after she physically received it.

@chenlan the app does not ask the seller any questions just takes buyers statements. And today a week after (total of 3 weeks now) I got it and the box is smashed extremely bad almost flat. The wallet has stains. No tags . So Idk what they will do . I’ve sent before to HI and this has never happendx

@chenlan Idk if you done a return here . Both can communicate and share both stories but m doesn’t contact seller at all. Once it’s approve they just ask if you want your item back and if you say no you get nothing, no item nor money. And there was no said for me to contact them so I had to contact them on another item I have listed . And google contact info

@chenlan I sent them all the inconsistencies with buyers claims and I see got nothing they were working on it etc so today I emailed once again all the pictures. According to them I have 24hrs to report any discrepancies but how can I if I can message back on that item like at all

@chenlan yes and not wait a whole day after. When I filed a claim before it got resolved within a day. Typically once the buyer clicks report it notifies both parties right away even though it’s not solved later and I didn’t get that alert till the next day
