Cute sleeveless short dress. Classic dark navy with small clustered floral print and flattering tiered flounce at hip line. Unlined but the poly/spandex has a nice stretch and weight. See pics for measurements. The fabrics hang allows for flexibility to work for a size large. NWOT - never worn.
