The top is fitted and the bottom is flowy. A beautiful dress. It’s a light blue, almost like the color of Cinderella’s dress. It’s length is just above the knee. I’ve only worn it a few times. There’s slight discoloration under the arms as the photos show. Not very noticeable. Willing to negotiate price. DRY CLEAN ONLY!
