Micael Kors puffer coat

Michael Kors Puffer winter coat Size 16 Big Kids. **Item pictured is similar style but different zipper color & different hood color as well, this is for reference only.** Bought last winter and only worn about 2 times since my kids were virtual. So mad because i paid a pretty penny for it. Runs smaller, my daughter will be 12 and it fits everywhere perfectly but not her arms! Lol, don’t know if my daughters arms are just longer or if the arm part is shorter. Never ran into this problem ! This is practically brand new. My daughter is 5”2, 107 pounds and 5”1 for reference. If you are familiar with Michael Kors then you prob know how their garments fit better than me. This was my first time purchasing for my child. This certainly will not fit a 16 in my opinion .
