Super cute black fringed top / cover up. This is an oversized top .The size is S but I would say it’s more of a medium . Please check the measurements. This is edged with lace on the neck, the edge of the sleeves and down the sides . It closes with tiny buttons in the front . There is some wear on the fringes but otherwise in great condition.
