Mia Joy Tulle Glitter Star Maxi Skirt Size 14

Long, gathered, mesh tulle maxi skirt with lining, and silver glitter stars. This skirt has an adjustable waistband. I am a women's size 0/24waist and it fits me with the waistband gathered, so I think it could fit a variety of sizes. Please see measurements.
