Is this true to size? An actual Medium, does it run smaller- closer to a SM, or larger- closer to a LG? What material is this blouse constructed from and is it easy to launder and maintain? 👚

The material is a thin , but no see through cotton but I will check the tag for the exact blend. After washing, would lay flat or hang ‘to dry ‘ and quickly press ruffles down , so didnt have to iron. I ironed it once quick on low too. Its not a fitted medium, which is nice about the dress
