Mexx White Dress with Blue Watercolor Print

GORGEOUS white dress with blue water color detailing. High neckline and cinched waist. Worn only once with NO signs of wear. For an extra cool tidbit this dress was purchased in Bruges, Belgium :) Size 4 but runs a bit small. Length from top of center to bottom: 35”
